Composite Technician IV

The Composite Technician IV is a hands-on role responsible for performing a wide variety of composite plying, layup, fabrication, and assembly tasks. This position also involves mentoring and training lower-level technicians, leading teams or special projects, and assisting company and customer engineers. The role requires interpreting engineering blueprints and work instructions to produce conforming composite structures.
