Composite Technician

This role involves manufacturing helicopter composite main rotor blades and associated parts in compliance with FAA, OEM, and company requirements. The position requires performing various fabrication processes, including bonding, layup, and assembly of composite materials, while utilizing precision tools and equipment. Employees at different levels are expected to demonstrate increasing proficiency in aircraft maintenance or manufacturing, with responsibilities ranging from following instructions to providing technical coaching.
