Compound Management Application & Data Support Lab Head

Pfizer is seeking a Software Applications Manager (Application & Data Support Senior Principal Scientist and Lab Head) to join the Analytical Technologies and Compound Management team within Research & Development. The role focuses on owning the application portfolio that enables compound/sample management workflows and ensuring specialized systems support the discovery portfolio. This position is based on-premise in Groton and involves partnering broadly across scientific, automation, and digital stakeholders to enable timely access to Pfizer’s compound collection.
