About this role
The Compounding Operator prepares and mixes specific chemical compounds for product formulation in a Class 100,000 clean room, performing accurate weighing, monitoring mixing and ancillary equipment, and maintaining batch documentation. The role includes executing calibrations and preventive maintenance, complying with cGMPs and SOPs, and working with other production operators to ensure timely delivery of formulated products. The position reports to the Formulation Supervisor and supports equipment changeovers and setup.
