Compounder

This role involves operating equipment and selecting materials to provide consistent material to extruders while maintaining blend inventory. The position requires setting up mixer systems, verifying ingredient weights, and performing minor troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure quality and safety. The employee will also handle material transport, unload resin from railcars, and complete necessary production reports.
