The Compounding Manager at Baxter will lead and oversee compounding operations at the Old Toongabbie site, ensuring production runs smoothly while upholding high standards of quality and compliance. The role involves building stakeholder relationships, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across the facility. This is a full-time, permanent site leadership position responsible for operational performance and site escalation.
