About this role
The Compounding Mechanical Specialist is a full-time onsite role at Strive Pharmacy’s Fenton, MO location focused on supporting the compounding laboratory environment and operations. The position reports to the Facility Manager and partners with pharmacy, quality, and management teams to enable personalized medication compounding. The role operates Monday–Friday with occasional schedule flexibility and minimal travel.
