Computational Biologist

The Computational Biologist will support bioinformatic and health informatic analysis for the Karnes pharmacogenomics laboratory, utilizing large genomic and electronic medical record datasets to drive new discoveries and advance NIH-funded projects. The role involves developing statistical analyses, managing multi-omic data, assisting with grant and manuscript preparation, and training students, with the possibility of remote work across the U.S.
