Computational Biology/Bioinformatics Researcher

This role focuses on building and operating robust, reproducible pipelines to transform raw sequencing and barcode data into high-quality, spatially resolved single-cell datasets. The position involves end-to-end data processing, spatial barcode mapping, cell segmentation, and downstream single-cell and spatial analysis to advance mechanistic discovery and translational hypotheses. The researcher will also automate pipelines, maintain analysis environments, and collaborate with biologists and clinicians to deliver disease-focused analyses.
