Computational Postdoctoral Fellow - Spatial Genomics

A Postdoctoral Fellow in the Lee-Six group at the Wellcome Sanger Institute will develop new methods to call somatic mutations from spatial transcriptomic data and integrate these with transcriptomic and mutational profiles. The role involves analyzing large genomic datasets of childhood cancer, building computational models of cellular fitness, and collaborating on both wet and dry lab research. This two-year fixed-term position requires a PhD in a related scientific discipline and proficiency in programming languages like R, Python, or Bash.
