Computer Operator

This role involves performing computer operations with a focus on incident handling, performance monitoring, and routine system start-up and close-down procedures. The incumbent will also manage backup restores, minimize system downtime through proactive monitoring, and ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements. Key duties include addressing client queries regarding Computer Intelligence and executing Mainframe shutdowns and IPLs.
