Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive IT support for client systems in a collateral and Special Access Program environment
Diagnose and resolve end-user computer issues by gathering and analyzing data to identify the root cause
Manage and provide support for Communications Security equipment and perform COMSEC manager duties
