Computer Technician & Help Desk

The Computer Technician & Help Desk role provides technical support to users by troubleshooting problems, maintaining hardware and software, and assisting with network and telecommunications services across Heartland Co-op facilities. The position involves supporting remote and on-site users, managing IT inventory, and collaborating with vendors and internal departments to resolve technical issues. It also includes training users on basic equipment usage and ensuring system compliance and security.
