This role involves driving the continuous improvement of the machine learning lifecycle for Protex AI's computer vision detections, including data pipelines, model training, and production monitoring. The engineer will partner with product managers to scope and implement solutions, set technical direction for the ML platform, and lead triage efforts to maintain detection quality. The position requires mentoring other engineers, raising the engineering bar through code reviews, and acting as the technical voice for computer vision across various teams.
