Computer Vision/Machine Learning Intern

KLA is seeking a Computer Vision/Machine Learning intern to research and prototype cutting-edge image processing and machine learning algorithms for next-generation semiconductor products. The role involves advancing business priorities by applying deep learning for defect detection and classification, as well as exploring generative and diffusion models for SEM image simulation and enhancement. This position supports the Ebeam division's mission to deliver high-resolution insights into manufacturing defects.
