Concept Lighting Designer

AOA is seeking a creative and technically capable Concept Lighting Designer to develop immersive lighting concepts that support storytelling and guest experiences across museums, attractions, and other experiential projects. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create visual studies, design documentation, and lighting narratives that integrate seamlessly with media, audio, and scenic elements. This position requires balancing creativity with real-world project execution, from initial vision through design documentation and implementation support.
