The Concessions Supervisor supports all concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality, overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and event day staff management. The role ensures inventory control, compliance with alcohol service laws, sanitation standards, cash handling procedures, and safety protocols while interacting with customers and team members.
