The Portillo’s Concierge is the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Portillo’s, serving as a primary connection point between guests and the brand for catering, nationwide shipping, rewards, fundraisers, and guest service inquiries. This hybrid role is based at the Oak Brook, IL Restaurant Support Center and requires weekend and holiday availability with shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The position supports revenue growth and long-term guest relationships while representing Portillo’s brand and standards.
