Concierge, Ranch

Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in Santa Barbara Wine Country, is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Concierge to join their team. This full-time regular position serves Ranch guests, group customers, and visitors primarily via phone and email, with occasional guest-facing interactions. The Concierge curates guest itineraries, organizes amenities, shares information about Alisal offerings, and collaborates with all departments to cater to guests' needs. The role partners directly with the Front Desk and Bell teams.
