The Concierge serves as a dedicated hospitality and relationship‑management resource for premium members and VIP guests, handling requests such as dining reservations, transportation, local recommendations, and special occasion planning. The role supports the concierge team, coordinates with internal and external partners, and ensures a welcoming, organized experience while maintaining guest preferences and resolving concerns.
