The Concierge role at Sun Peaks Grand Hotel involves delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting with pre-arrival planning, activity bookings, dining reservations, and other personalized services. As a member of the Guest Services team, the concierge will interact directly with guests in the lobby, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while promoting the resort’s amenities and culture.
