Concierge

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, handling guest logging, package management, and high-touch resident services such as lockout assistance and key management. The role also supports resident events, monitors security systems, coordinates move‑ins and elevator scheduling, and conducts routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety, working part‑time overnight and weekend shifts.
