Concierge

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing friendly and professional customer service both in person and over the phone. The role manages the lobby experience, handles inquiries, supports sales and marketing efforts, and assists the business office with documentation while promoting resident activities.
