Concierge

As Concierge at QT Queenstown, you will be the first face guests see and the person they turn to when they want to make the most of one of the world's greatest destinations. This part-time role involves welcoming guests, managing luggage, coordinating parking, and operating the hotel shuttle service safely. You will provide personalized recommendations and bookings for local activities, dining, and transport while maintaining the hotel's greeting board and public areas. The role also includes providing barista service when required and acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for QT Queenstown and the broader EVT portfolio.
