Concierge

The Concierge supports all aspects of Concierge operations at The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, delivering refined, personalized, and anticipatory service experiences to create memorable guest journeys. This role involves coordinating guest preferences, special requests, and VIP requirements while maintaining expert knowledge of local attractions and dining to curate bespoke experiences. The position requires close collaboration with hotel departments and guiding the Porter team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service standards.
