Concierge

The Avalon of New Albany is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. This role involves greeting individuals warmly, managing telephone coverage, and resolving inquiries or issues in a professional manner. The Concierge also handles package deliveries, prepares maintenance work orders, and assists the Business Office Manager with various projects.
