Concierge

MBI Health Services is seeking a Concierge to provide 24-hour onsite support for the safety and well-being of residents, staff, and the building at the Ethel Project. The role involves managing deliveries, assisting with resident intake, documenting incidents, and ensuring program compliance with federal and local regulations. This position requires maintaining confidentiality, providing excellent customer service, and supporting residents through engagement activities and de-escalation services.
