Concierge

The Concierge is responsible for managing the first and last impressions of the facility, providing friendly and professional guest service, and assisting patients and visitors with transportation and symptom screening. The role involves utilizing the Epic system for appointments and transport requests, communicating with various departments, and resolving patient or visitor concerns. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical capability to assist with patient transport.
