The Concierge role at the Omaha Marriott Downtown involves serving as the heart of the executive lounge by engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for an exceptional experience. This position requires providing personalized service, resolving guest issues, and maintaining health and safety standards to ensure a first-class experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with internal and external customers, utilize a moderately complex computer system, and possess the physical ability to stand and walk continuously.
