Concrete Casting Technician

Fulcrum Technologies is seeking a hands-on Concrete Casting Technician to join its Production team, responsible for building precision formwork, placing embedded components, and pouring and finishing concrete to exact customer specifications. This role combines craftsmanship, precision measurement, fabrication skills, and quality control in a clean indoor manufacturing environment. The position involves setting up complex steel forms, welding reinforcement, and performing quality inspections to ensure all castings meet rigorous standards. Candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with precision measuring tools, and experience with welding and basic metal fabrication.
