Concrete Groundman

The Concrete Groundman supports excavation, site preparation, and structural concrete construction for electrical substations and critical power-distribution infrastructure. Working as part of a field crew, this position assists with the construction of drilled piers, equipment foundations, slabs and mats, stairs, cast-in-place retaining walls, and other structural concrete components required for substation projects. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and precision while working in active and complex substation environments.
