Conditional Hire – Prosecutor I

Conditional Hire – Prosecutor I with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for third-year law students who will sit for the Arizona Bar exam; conditional full-time placement as a Prosecutor I upon passing the bar and completing background/fitness requirements. Conditional hires begin as paid law clerks ($22/hr) after the July 2026 bar exam and transition to a Prosecutor I with a starting salary of $82,250 annually once admitted to the Arizona Bar. The position is for prosecuting criminal cases and supporting the County Attorney’s Office.
