Conduct and Ethics Manager

The Conduct and Ethics Manager serves as an independent compliance partner, collaborating with the Conduct and Ethics Director, Control Room team, and business partners to monitor regulatory compliance and manage risks. The role focuses on key process areas such as Conflict Management, Personal Securities Transactions Surveillance, and Preclearance Trade Reviews. This position reports to the Conduct and Ethics Senior Manager and supports the delivery of an effective Compliance Risk Management Program.
