Conduct Manager

Apollo is seeking a Conduct Manager to strengthen its conduct risk capability by shaping and embedding approaches to customer outcomes, product governance, and conduct risk across the business. This second-line role involves partnering with underwriting, claims, and operational teams to provide pragmatic advice, oversight, and constructive challenge while ensuring regulatory requirements support good customer outcomes. The position contributes to the development of the conduct framework, monitors risk indicators, and promotes a strong conduct culture through training and guidance.
