Conductor

This position involves receiving on-the-job training to become a qualified Conductor responsible for operating track switches, coupling and uncoupling cars, and performing duties related to the movement of trains and engines. The role requires interpreting and relaying instructions from dispatchers and yardmasters to ensure the safe and efficient placement and delivery of railroad cars. The Conductor will also be responsible for inspecting equipment, preparing daily reports, and assisting with other assigned projects.
