• Coordinate logistics including equipment, contractors, and personnel for seamless event execution
• Create and manage Banquet Event Orders to ensure operational precision
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align event goals with budgets and schedules
• Proactively resolve issues during events to maintain high service standards
• Convert event inquiries into confirmed bookings and manage the entire client lifecycle
