Conference Center Coordinator

This role manages the daily operations and logistics of the Thomas R. Fulghum Conference Center, including reserving meeting spaces, coordinating event setups, and facilitating special events. The position involves providing secretarial and administrative support to the Professional Development area while ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The coordinator also handles audio-visual support, room signage, and collaborates with various departments to execute successful events.
