Conference Center Planner

The Conference Center Planner is responsible for full‑service planning and execution of meetings in the conference center, acting as the single point of contact for VIP clients and internal teams. The role requires delivering a high‑touch luxury hospitality experience, coordinating all aspects of events such as catering, audiovisual, room setups, and billing, while maintaining flexibility for evenings and weekends.
