Conference Coordinator

The Conference Coordinator will interact closely with the Firm’s executives and administrative staff to ensure the seamless planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and other events held at two Firm locations in New York and New Jersey. The role involves handling meeting room bookings, coordinating a wide range of services for meetings, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The position requires adherence to uniform and grooming policies while communicating specific needs to internal departments and vendor partners.
