As a Conference Services Coordinator, you will manage the scheduling, logistics, and execution of meetings and events across conference spaces. Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, you ensure seamless coordination of meeting services, including catering, technology, and room setup, to deliver a high-quality client experience. This role involves organizing reservations, communicating with vendors and clients, and maintaining accurate records to support internal and external stakeholders.
