Conference Services Manager

The Conference Services Manager will coordinate the planning and execution of group meetings, incentive programs, and special events at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia. Serving as the primary liaison between clients and resort departments, this role ensures contractual commitments are fulfilled and every program is executed seamlessly. The position involves managing assigned groups from turnover through departure, conducting client site inspections, and leading pre-convention meetings to ensure flawless execution.
