Conference Spaces Associate

The Conference Spaces Associate prepares and maintains meeting rooms, auditoriums, and event venues to ensure they are clean, organized, and set according to event specifications. This seasonal role supports the mission of purposeful hospitality by creating welcoming environments for guests and collaborating with the Audio/Visual & Conference Spaces Manager. The position requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, and involves physical tasks such as setting up furniture and equipment.
