Conference/Conventions Services Manager

This role oversees the Conference/Conventions Services Department, ensuring all conferences, meetings, and group activities are coordinated and managed within client expectations. The position involves upselling client events, managing function space and room block inventory to maximize hotel profit, and ensuring hotel and client fulfill group contract commitments. The incumbent directs the day-to-day activities of the conference/convention services team, plans and organizes work, and communicates goals to staff. The role requires negotiating food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within approved departmental booking guidelines.
