Conference/Conventions Services Manager

This role oversees the Conference/Conventions Services Department, ensuring all conferences, meetings, and group activities are coordinated and managed within client expectations. The position involves upselling client events, managing function space and room block inventory to maximize hotel profit, and ensuring hotel and client fulfill group contract commitments. The incumbent directs daily team activities, coordinates with other hotel departments, and negotiates food, beverage, and service prices within approved guidelines.
