Conferencing & Events F&B Supervisor

The role involves supervising and supporting the Conferencing & Events food and beverage team at QT Canberra, overseeing set‑up, service and breakdown of function rooms, and ensuring high‑quality delivery for conferences, meetings, weddings and social events. The supervisor will coordinate with conference, kitchen and banquets teams, manage stock and equipment, train and roster staff, and handle guest requests while maintaining compliance with hotel policies and WH&S guidelines.
