The Configuration Analyst ensures Progyny clients are set up accurately across onboarding, plan year rollovers, and benefit changes by translating benefit designs into precise system configurations. This role validates claims readiness, supports operational stability, and collaborates with frontline teams to execute technical components of client setups. Analysts maintain configuration tools and workflows to improve consistency and scalability while supporting smooth go-lives and rollovers.

Responsibilities

Configure and validate client benefit setups and member health plans
Execute eligibility file configuration, testing, and SFTP setup
Validate claims processing readiness and perform post-go-live audits
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on technical implementations
Maintain configuration tools and documentation to improve scalability
