About this role

This role ensures that new and existing services and infrastructure are centrally tracked to meet agreed availability levels and sufficient capacity for current and future demand. The position involves maintaining configuration and asset records, supporting the Service Manager with Capacity and Availability services, and ensuring the integrity of the configuration management database. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify, classify, record, track, audit, and report on configuration items across their lifecycles.
