About this role

The Configuration Management & CAD Standards Lead at Hermeus will own and develop enterprise-wide CAD and configuration standards within Siemens Teamcenter and NX to support a robust product lifecycle management environment. This role ensures accurate, complete engineering releases and high-quality data that can be reliably consumed by downstream operations. The position also shapes the long-term PLM data model to support digital-thread continuity across PLM, MES, and ERP. Additionally, the role helps lay the groundwork for a future configuration management team and broader digital transformation initiatives.
