Decision Point
The Configuration & Release Manager (Senior) owns configuration baselines, change records, CMDB reconciliation, release planning, and configuration reporting for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This role ensures application components, interfaces, infrastructure dependencies, documentation, and release artifacts are accurately identified, versioned, controlled, approved, and traceable. The position coordinates approvals, release readiness, implementation, validation, and operational handover across Government stakeholders, software teams, testers, cybersecurity personnel, infrastructure teams, and operations.
