Confirmations Clerk – X1

The Confirmations Clerk will manage the full confirmations and authorisations process at the front of the hospital, coordinating with medical aids, internal teams, and patients to ensure accurate admissions, authorisations, deposits, and billing readiness. The role involves handling patient admissions, liaising for pre‑authorisations, informing patients about payment procedures, and maintaining cash and documentation controls.
